Create a customer

This makes the account right away. We do not send them an email. They can sign in any time with this email address. Starting credits are optional.

Add or remove credits

The customer sees your note in their credit log, so write it for them. Adding credits never touches their card. To refund a card payment, use Refund a payment below.

Refund a payment

This refunds the card in Stripe and, for a credit pack, takes the credits back out of the account. Stripe keeps its processing fee on refunds.

A realtor gets a free code. When a homeowner uses it, the guide they download has "Provided by" and the realtor's branding in the upper right corner of the cover, and the realtor gets an email with the homeowner's email address.
